i think that you should (more like Must ) train armor compensation skills to at least lvl 3 before trying to sell him. he is a good looking dominix pilot and would be ishtar pilot. your best bet is to start an auction at around 3-4b isk.

keep it simple: Angel missions = Minmatar drones (warriors, valakries, berserkers, Bouncer) Anything Else = Gallente drones (Hobgoblins, Hammerheads, Ogres, Garde) unless you are using Sentry drones dont touch amarr/caldari drones they just suck.
